Jon Rubinton

Jon Rubinton, Broker and NABOR Member, and licensed Class “A” General Contractor with extensive luxury homebuilding experience, has resided in Southwest Florida for over three decades. Jon is a second-generation southwest Florida developer and builder, following in his father’s footsteps after graduating from the University of Florida with a degree in Finance. Together, they developed some of Pelican Bay’s most prestigious custom home and villa communities. In the ensuing years, Jon ventured out on his own to create residential communities in numerous exclusive residential neighborhoods across Southwest Florida including six communities in Bonita Bay, three communities in Mediterra, as well as stand-alone developments on Sanibel and Captiva Islands.
